The People Building The Park

No one has built Nigeria’s first infrastructure‐as‐a‐service life sciences park before. So rather than ask you to take a first time developer’s word for it, we have done the more useful thing. We’ve assembled a team and an advisory board that, between them, hold the regulatory, scientific, operational and commercial capability a project like this actually requires.

The question worth asking of any early stage venture is not “have they done exactly this?” ‐ no one has ‐ but “is the capability in the room?”

This page is our answer.

Theodora Ogharanduku

Theodora Ogharanduku

CEO

Pharmaceutical manufacturing is Theodora’s domain, leading the project’s regulatory, technical and delivery dimension as its public face. Through Peritum Pro, the project advisory she runs, Theodora has delivered pre-feasibility work for two Nigerian states and is commencing a feasibility study for a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This is work she does, professionally and currently, for others.

Theodora’s biological interests are life-long having researched the biological make up of mosquitos in Delta state as an undergraduate due to unusually high prevalence and the aggressive nature of malaria in the region.

Theodora is not a developer claiming past parks, she is a practising specialist doing exactly this class of work today.

Emem Usanga

Emem Usanga

COO

Emem leads commercial strategy, the consortium to SPV structuring, and the unconventional thinking the project runs on. She previously built and self‐financed Bnkability ‐ a founder who ships, and who has carried real risk with her own capital rather than someone else’s.

Bnkability was a tech platform that helped African project sponsors to become bankable before matching them with capital. Emem not only knows what a lender‐grade project looks like but it takes to get there.

Where Theodora brings the pharmaceutical and delivery credibility, Emem brings the commercial build, venture and structuring credibility.

Advisory Board

Alongside the founding team, an advisory board is being formed to bring deep regulatory, commercial and industry expertise to the project. Advisor profiles below will be published once agreements are finalised.
